I'm Bailey Whiteman

I specialize in interim/transition periods, supporting congregations as they explore their music history and imagine their music ministries in bold, new ways.

In my 20 years as a UU, I have come to know intimately the aspirations and challenges of our faith, and how music demands we bear witness. My deep knowledge of structures, culture, and history of the faith makes me a valued hub of connection for my music colleagues, their congregations, and other religious professionals across the continent. I advise music and RE staff, ministers, and lay leaders in congregations of all sizes in service of transformation and justice.
